Welcome to BhagidarBook. By accessing or using our private partner-management systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. User Agreements

BhagidarBook provides software infrastructure to organize and manage your local business distribution network. As a client, you agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and during the onboarding of your trade partners.

2. Service Provisioning

Each deployment is client-branded and provisioned privately. We hold the right to maintain, update, and temporarily suspend the service for critical security and functional upgrades, ensuring your data remains protected.

3. Financial Obligations and Payouts

While BhagidarBook provides the engine for reward logic and sale tagging, all financial payouts are strictly between the client (business owner) and their partners. We do not assume liability for delayed, incorrect, or disputed offline payouts between parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The core architecture, source code, and foundational design systems of BhagidarBook remain entirely our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the productized SaaS offering.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent data practices, or misuses the platform’s intended infrastructure.
